职位描述：
生产经理 Production manager
工作地点：广西崇左 Location:Chongzuo, Guangxi
Basic Purpose:
This position is designed to handle all production tasks for the company, provide guidance to production supervisors to assume completion/implement of tasks.
这个职位将负责与工厂所有生产相关的工作，同时该职位也将负责管理指导生产主管更好的完成各项生产任务。
Job Context:
Production forecast and planning.
Manage day to day production operation and complete related tasks.
Managing all supervisors.
Working out maintenance plan and priority together with mechanical/electrical Managers.
Organize morning weekly meeting/production meetings.
Production reporting/statistics monthly to process/finance.
Planning production inventory materials purchase request.
Production analysis know effect and cause.
生产预报及计划
日常生产管理及完成相关生产任务
管理所有生产部门主管
与维修/电气经理协调，完成各项生产维修任务
生产报告/月度生产计划，数据分析
生产原料采购计划
生产分析报告
Main Accountabilities:
Production employee evaluation monthly and quaterly.
Implement production quality control both in process and finish product as procedure report.
Implement company EHS production policy and achive EHS targets.
Implement company production budget and achieve targets.
Develop production staffs( training,promotion and replacement).
月度季度生产部门员工考核
产品质量控制，完成相关报告
制订执行工厂安全管理政策，完成安全管理目标
执行生产预算并达到既定生产目标
生产部门员工职业发展（培训，提升及职位互换等）

直接属地报告主管： 工厂厂长 – 崇左

Additional Information:
Bachelor Degree or above with Chemical/metallurgy or related major.
5 years or above in Production Manager or related position with good production management experience in international company.
Good communication skills,organizationand coordination ability,executive and management ability.
Good computer skills.Fluent English both in writtern and spoken.
该职位要求化工/冶金或相关专业大学本科或以上学历。
至少5年或以上在大型知名企业生产领域从事生产经理或相关工作经验。
优秀的沟通能力，组织协调能力，执行及管理能力。
流利的英语工作沟通能力，能熟练运用英文处理所有的工作来往文件。 |
